Upgrade Policy
● Xazina offers a lifetime upgrade policy, allowing you to exchange your product at any time.
● Upon upgrade, the making charges associated with the original product will be deducted.
● Upgrades are allowed only for new items with an invoice value greater than that of the product being upgraded.
● The full invoice value of the original product (excluding making charges) will be deducted from the new invoice.
● A 7-day inspection period applies to all exchanged products. If any discrepancies are found, the amount will be deducted from the upgrade value.
● If you choose not to upgrade immediately, you may receive a voucher for the upgrade value, redeemable at a later time with no expiration.
● The original invoice must be presented at the time of upgrade.
● Any discount availed during the purchase of the product will be deducted from the refund amount during upgrade.
Lifetime Buy-Back Policy
● Xazina offers a lifetime buy-back option, allowing you to sell your product back to us at any time.
● We provide the current market rate for the gold content in the jewelry, with a 20% deduction on the market value of the diamonds. Making charges will also be deducted.
● A 10-day inspection period is required to evaluate the product and determine the refund amount. Any discrepancies found during inspection will result in a deduction from the refund value.
● Once the refund value is confirmed, the payment will be processed via bank transfer. No cash refunds.
● The original invoice must be presented when opting for the buy-back policy.
● The buy-back policy is applicable for products up to a limit of INR 5,00,000.
● Any discount availed during the purchase of the product will be deducted from the refund amount during returns
● Delays & Exceptions:Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during holidays, festivals, peak sale periods, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or customs delays.
● Order Tracking:Tracking details are shared via email/SMS upon dispatch. All shipments are insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
