Return Policy

       Xazina offers a 05-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible products within 05 days of delivery.

       A 7-day inspection period applies to all returned products. If any discrepancies are found, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund value.

       GST and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

       Refunds will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

       The product must have the original tag attached and be accompanied by the original bill to qualify for a return.

       Customized designs and accessories are non-returnable.

       After 15 days, the product will no longer be covered under this return policy.

       Any discount availed during the purchase of the product will be deducted from the refund amount during returns

For Fragrances:

Return & Exchange Policy
At Xazina, we take pride in crafting luxurious fragrances using the finest ingredients. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our products, we follow a strict no return, no exchange policy for all fragrance purchases.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is made.
- This policy ensures that every customer receives a fresh and untouched product.

2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Fragrances are available only through prepaid orders.
- COD is not available for any fragrance purchases.

3. Product Authenticity & Quality Assurance
- Every Xazina fragrance undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure authenticity and excellence.
- In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, customers must:
- Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
- Return the defective product to us for verification (return shipping details will be provided upon approval).
- Once we receive and verify the defective product, a replacement will be processed within 05 days of receiving it.
- The replacement will be delivered in 5-10 business days.
- No exchanges or refunds will be provided.

4. Pre-Orders & Shipping
- Select fragrances may be available for pre-order, with estimated shipping times mentioned on the product page.
- Standard shipping timelines apply for ready-to-ship fragrances.
